All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as per the package terms.
2.2. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable advance is required to secure your booking.
- The balance amount must be paid as per the communicated schedule.
2.3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days before the travel date: 80% refund.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the travel date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days of travel: No refund.
3. Responsibilities and Liabilities
3.1. Kashmir Excursion’s Responsibility
- We act as a facilitator between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and activity providers.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, political disruptions, or natural disasters.
3.2. Client Responsibility
- Ensure all personal information provided during booking is accurate.
- Carry valid identification and travel documents.
- Comply with the local laws and guidelines of the destination.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1. Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of belongings.
